What is MEDIA MINDED?

MEDIA MINDED is a learning community that brings together K-12 educators to inspire, share and support each other as we develop our media skills and integrate digital literacies into our practices.

Being a MEDIA MINDED educator allows us to communicate and engage with students in ways that prioritize media integration.

WHAT WE DO

GONE ARE THE DAYS WHEN STUDENTS JUST NEED THE 3Rs TO BE COLLEGE AND LIFE READY.

BUT ARE YOU READY TO TEACH THEM?

Through in-person and online programs, curricula and shared resources, MEDIA MINDED provides educators the space and expertise to learn about, share and bolster their media, news and digital literacies in order to better prepare their students for lives as active citizens and communicators.
